Fix: nicht-escaptes Anführungszeichen in wochenbudget/page.tsx behoben (CI-Lint) 
Das gerade " war ein unescaped entity in JSX (react/no-unescaped-entities)
und liess den CI-Lint-Step mit Exit 1 fehlschlagen. Ans typografische
deutsche Schließzeichen angeglichen.
